It seems like ShadowExplorer also works fine on Windows Server 2003. A user reported that it is possible to restore files in the same manner. Even though Shadow Copies are not enabled by default in Windows Server 2003, this feature is also present and can be enabled manually.
At the moment, there is a warning if ShadowExplorer is run under any other operating system than Vista. You can ignore this warning, it will be removed in the next release.
